Motive
ATM's are a very important part of a Banking System. Maintenance of ATM's is a key part to any Banking institution. Many banks employ broadband and dialup connections to the ATM's for data communication.

In some cases, repair of a ATM system may require that the technician(s) be accompanied by security or make inconvenient arrangements with banking institutions, by being able to remotely monitor and service ATM networks this allows banking institutions to minimize the amount of time spent going to the ATM centers locally.
