Recently launched on the market, the M1 EVO has already stood out among other products for design and innovation, winning two very prestigious awards: the Eurobike Award and the Red Dot Award. 

Smart Helmets & Headsets

Smart Helmets with fully integrated communication systems are Sena’s trademark.
Sena has already successfully launched several smart helmets for road cyclists, mountain bikers, skaters and commuters. All of these helmets and the new pi upgrade kit can be connected to any smartphone to make phone calls, follow GPS directions, play music and receive feedback from fitness apps. You can also connect two or more Sena products together to talk directly via intercom from helmet to helmet. Microphone and speakers are seamlessly integrated into the shells, and Sena’s patented Advanced Noise Control noise filtering technology minimizes ambient noise that can affect conversation, delivering crisp, clear audio every time.

Pi is the perfect complement to the cycling product line, with two-way intercom and smartphone connectivity; it can be installed on the customer’s own cycling or outdoor sports helmet, making it instantly compatible with a Sena smart helmet and capable of the same functions.

Sena products use two different intercom communication protocols: Bluetooth® or Mesh Intercom™. R1, Rumba, M1 helmets as well as the pi use Bluetooth 4.1 to establish communication with up to three other riders. R1 EVO and M1 EVO featuring Mesh communication technology are able to instantly connect a potentially unlimited number of users together in a flexible and reliable network.

M1 EVO – Eurobike Award

Following its success at the Red Dot Award 2021 in the “design” and “smart products” categories, Sena is pleased to announce that the M1 EVO has now also won the prestigious Eurobike Award 2021.  The Eurobike Award traditionally honours the most innovative and creative products of the year. The jury is composed of six industry experts and is responsible for selecting the most remarkable products of each edition through a two-step selection process. Future Products on the Horizon

Sena will be previewing two appealing new products at its booth at Eurobike 2021, which are due to be launched 2022. R2 is a smart helmet which features a Bluetooth Intercom System whereas R2 EVO is equipped with Mesh Intercom technology. Both helmets are designed for road cyclist with a brand new and attractive aerodynamic design. R2X is an absolute first in the category: in addition to the functions that it shares with the other Sena smart helmets, it will be possible to interact with Amazon Alexa directly from the helmet. 

EUROBIKE is undisputedly  the world’s most important trade fair in the cycling sector and will be held in Friedrichshafen from 1 to 4 September 2021. Widely attended by both business visitors and end consumers, the first two days of Eurobike are reserved for business visitors. The third and the last day the trade center opens its doors to end customers for two days full of innovations and events.
