Developed for the trail, both the M1 and M1 EVO feature seamlessly integrated technology to keep groups of riders connected. Communicate from helmet to helmet without the need for cell phone connection, or pair your smartphone to listen to music, GPS, and more through the helmet’s built-in speakers.

Sena is continuing it’s innovative smart bike helmet line with the M1 and M1 EVO after the success of the R1 and R1 EVO road cycling helmets, which also feature Sena’s unique communication platforms. Riders can now take Sena technology to the trail for a safe and connected riding experience with barely there technology that enhances the ride. In addition to rider to rider intercom communication, both the M1 and M1 EVO offer smartphone connectivity for a hands free way for riders to listen to music, GPS, cues from fitness apps, take calls, and more all through the recessed speakers of the helmet. M1 EVO: MESH INTERCOM™ COMMUNICATION PLATFORM

The M1 EVO’s Mesh Intercom™ technology allows for communication with multiple riders within a half-mile (900 meters) range and incorporates up to 9 channels. The multi-channel protocol features 9 channels, letting users switch between different groups on different frequencies. With Mesh technology riders are able to quickly pair to one another with the touch of a single button. The M1 EVO is also compatible with Sena’s R1 EVO road cycling helmet, which also features the intelligent Mesh Intercom™ platform.

M1: BLUETOOTH® COMMUNICATION PLATFORM

The M1 helmet offers 4-way Bluetooth intercom at a half-mile (900 meters) range, allowing a user to connect with up to 3 other riders with the M1, or any of Sena’s other Bluetooth-enabled helmets such as the R1 or X1S. The M1 also includes 2-way HD Intercom, which allows a pair of riders to experience high-definition sound quality in their rider to rider conversations.

SAFETY & COMFORT

The integrated LED taillight dramatically increases rider visibility to those behind them, while the included sun visor reduces sun glare. The numerous vents on the helmets enable airflow, keeping the head cool while an adjustable nylon chin strap couples with the spin-lock adjuster to comfortably fit and stabilize the helmet on the rider’s head.
